This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Techfident Limited’s Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.

1. Our Business

Techfident Limited is a UK-based B2B IT and technology solutions partner, providing hardware procurement, managed IT support, cyber security, Microsoft 365, and video conferencing solutions to businesses across the United Kingdom. We are registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11142420) and operate from Studio 10 New Mead Barn, Wickham Hall, Hadham Road, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire CM23 1JG.

We work with over 29 authorised vendor partners and supply technology products and services to clients across a range of sectors including legal, manufacturing, professional services and charitable organisations.

2. Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain includes:

  • Hardware manufacturers and distributors — including global technology brands such as Microsoft, Dell, HP, Apple, Lenovo, Cisco and others. These are large, publicly listed companies with their own published modern slavery commitments.
  • Software and cloud service providers — primarily based in the UK, USA or EEA, operating under robust regulatory frameworks.
  • UK-based logistics and delivery partners — subject to UK employment law.
  • Professional services providers — accountants, solicitors and IT support subcontractors, all UK-based.

Our direct supply chain is predominantly based in the UK and with tier-1 global technology vendors, which materially reduces our exposure to modern slavery risk. We acknowledge that deeper tiers of the technology hardware manufacturing supply chain — including raw material extraction and component manufacturing in certain regions — carry higher inherent risk.

3. Policies

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. The following policies support this commitment:

  • This Modern Slavery Statement
  • Our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Our Terms & Conditions (including supplier provisions)
  • Internal employee conduct standards and HR policies

We expect our suppliers and partners to uphold equivalent standards. Where practical, we include modern slavery compliance expectations in our supplier communications.

4. Due Diligence

Our due diligence measures include:

  • Procurement primarily from authorised distributors of major global technology brands who maintain their own supply chain audit programmes
  • Verification that UK-based suppliers comply with UK employment law, National Minimum Wage requirements and Working Time Regulations
  • Review of new supplier relationships prior to engagement
  • Monitoring of any concerns raised by staff regarding potential labour rights issues

5. Risk Assessment

We consider our overall exposure to modern slavery risk to be low to medium, based on the following assessment:

  • Our workforce is entirely UK-based and employed under UK employment law
  • Our direct supply chain is predominantly UK and tier-1 global vendors
  • We do not operate in high-risk geographical markets or sectors associated with elevated modern slavery risk
  • Higher risk exists in lower tiers of technology hardware supply chains (e.g. mineral extraction, component assembly in certain jurisdictions), which we address by procuring from major authorised vendors with published supply chain commitments

6. Training & Awareness

All staff are made aware of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and their responsibilities under it. Senior management review this statement annually and are responsible for compliance. We will continue to develop our training and awareness programme as our business grows.

7. Reporting Concerns

Any person who has concerns about modern slavery in our business or supply chain is encouraged to report them to us at hello@techfident.co.uk. Reports can be made anonymously. We will take all reports seriously and investigate appropriately.

Concerns may also be reported to the Modern Slavery Helpline: 0800 0121 700 (free, 24/7) or the National Crime Agency.

8. Key Performance Indicators

We measure the effectiveness of our approach through:

  • Annual board-level review of this statement
  • Zero substantiated reports of modern slavery within our business or direct supply chain
  • Continued procurement from authorised vendor channels

9. Approval

This statement was approved by the Board of Techfident Limited on 4 May 2026 and will be reviewed annually.
